How long will it take to receive the order?

The order will being processed and be ready within 3-5 days. Please note that standard delivery typically takes 10-15 days, while express shipping takes approximately 5-8 days.

 

How can I track my order status?

How to return exchange the items?

We totally get that you'd like to return your product, although we do have a policy in place that doesn't allow returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. We kindly request you to explain the reason for your refund in detail. Additionally, if you could snap a complete picture of the items you received and send it our way, our awesome customer service team will be able to assess whether you meet the refund criteria. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

 

Why does my order status shows "Unfulfilled"?

Don't worry, the status shows your order is processing over our regular fulfillment process. If you ordered any items on backorder, your order may remain in this status for 5-7 days while we produce and package your items for standard shipping.

 

What is Lovellx's return policy?

Please send us an email for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the refund or return was returned within 30 days of receipt. Eligible refunds made within 30 days of receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.

 

How do your shirts fit?

Check out our Sizing Chart for details, or refer to our Size Guide for general sizing information. If you have specific questions about the fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Service Department.

 

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

The coupon was set to redeem only once for each order.

 

What if the item I'm interested in is no longer available in my size?

Feel free to let us know once that happens. We would try our best to meet your demand.

 

Why was my order canceled?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, your ordered item may be out of stock and unavailable. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours for cancellation, while other items in your order will be shipped as planned with a refund for the unavailable item.

 

Need to change something on my order? How can I do that?

If any change indeed for your orders, please contact us before they have been shipped. After the parcel has undergone processing and has been dispatched to the post office, we regret to inform you that any modifications will no longer be possible.
