Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days.
- For orders from $0 to $69, the flat rate is US$6.99 for international shipping and US$9.99 for U.S. shipping.
- Orders over US$69 qualify for free shipping, both within the U.S. and internationally.
Express shipping takes 5-8 business days.
- For all orders, the flat rate is US$18.99.

Bermuda, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras only offer express shipping. Australia only offers standard shipping.

Please be advised: Standard orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing and dispatch, while custom orders necessitate an additional 7-14 business days for completion and shipment.

Customs Duties:

Shipments delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
Import duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers according to local custom policy.
Lovellx cannot declare items as gifts or lower the product price.

Restrictions:

Some addresses may not be supported for safe delivery.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
P.O. Box addresses are only supported for the United States with standard shipping.
Non-continental Europe countries are not supported.

Failed Delivery:

Lovellx is not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence.
Please provide the correct order information before shipping.
Extra days may be required for delivery in certain countries/regions.
Customers may need to pick up packages from the regional post office.
